Your dog's safety and comfort guide everything we do. These policies keep every spaw visit gentle, healthy, and stress free for the pets we care for across Mission Viejo and South Orange County.
All breeds are welcome. We practice no fear and force free grooming. Pet safety is our number one concern and every dog is treated with gentle loving care from start to finish.
Adult dogs must be current on vaccines and on flea and tick prevention before their appointment. This keeps every pet we serve safe and healthy.
Puppies must be at least 4 months old and up to date on vaccinations before their first groom. Early gentle visits help your puppy feel relaxed about grooming for life.
We avoid harsh dematting for your pet's comfort. There is no unnecessary brushing or shaving at the spaw. When a coat is heavily matted we choose the kindest option for your dog.
If a dog shows signs of illness, the appointment will be rescheduled. This protects your pet and every other dog on our route.
Additional charges may apply for matting and fleas. We will always talk you through any added care before we begin so there are no surprises.
Dogs should be current on the vaccines recommended by their veterinarian before grooming. Please share any health concerns before the appointment.
Please text us before booking if your dog has fleas or matting. These conditions can change the grooming plan, timing, and final price.
Often yes, depending on health, comfort, and coat needs. New clients go through an evaluation so we can decide what is appropriate for each pet.
An appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety, illness, severe coat condition, fleas, or access issues. We will communicate clearly if a change is needed.
We take behavior and comfort seriously. If a dog is too stressed or difficult to groom safely, we may adjust the plan or stop the appointment.
Coat condition affects time, tools, handling, and service needs. Matting, buildup, shedding, and thickness can change the grooming plan and final quote.
